Now that you know what you need, our fence consultant will provide you with a contract outlining what you'll receive and all the details you need to know. Once we get your signature and the appropriate warranties and conditions are provided, we are ready to get started!
The lead time for your fence or gate project begins officially once your down-payment is made. We have multiple payment options including financing available from leading industry companies like Sunlight and Hearth!
At this time, you will be provided with a login to our database where you can see the details of your specific job and reach out to us when needed. The next time you hear from our office will be after you see the 811 flags marking the utilities in your yard. Feel free to reach out to your sales representative anytime!
About two weeks before your fence is installed, you will hear from our team with an update. We will reach out again about a week away, and then you will receive a text message notification 24 hours before your install checking in to keep you informed and make sure everything is good to go!
Stand back! We're about to build you an AMAZING fence! Once your install is complete, our fence forman will do quality checks on the entire job. We also will ask you to take a look and check to make sure you are happy with the finished product.
At this time, final payment of the contract agreement will be required through check, our payment portal, or one of our great financing options. You choose what works best for you!
