Quality is top tier, service for the install was quick but professional. We had some communication things to work out ( mainly my end, not really knowing everything needed) but overall my advisor was great and the two installers for the gate motor had the best attitudes, understanding and professional. Gave me manuals to read up on but also walked me through all the settings I could use. The installer's for both the fence and gate motor cleaned up all trash and left my lot looking better than expected. I will definitely use them again for service needs for both of my gates.

The team at Good Shepherd did a great job. Had a relatively small project and was happy they were willing to take on the work - got it done in one afternoon (a very hot one!). Gave about a 5 to7 week window for the demo/install after hiring them, and they got to my job just under 5 weeks. The install team of Marquese, Malik and Fred did a fantastic job, were super friendly and gave great insight/advice while on site. I highly recommend them and would hire them again without a doubt!

We went with Good Shepherd partly because my neighbor used them 6 or 7 years ago. His fence still looks really good and the gates all function well (see side by side photo below). We are very happy with our new board on board, steel post, privacy fence. It is sturdy, looks great, (and smells great too)! It was a big job and Tristen, Pancho, and Robert worked really hard-especially considering each day had heat indexes well over 100. Definitely recommend.

All I can say is that Kevin and his installation crew were amazing. Communication is very important, knowing what's going on, what's happening and what the expectations are. Kevin was very informative. I can't mention enough about Kevin and his crew, they were amazing and their workmanship shows. You can tell they take pride in their work, which is rare now a days. Awesome job by the two teams lead by Joxan, Layne, and JP to finish our fence in one day using the Postmaster+ Steel no dig posts for our wood fence. Sales process was painless and communications were good. I was concerned about the terrain on the property but they built it to follow it without any gaps. Used metal gates and they are really tight. We just bought a house which was not fenced in. I have 4 dogs and needed a fence installed ASAP. I live in a cup-da-sac with strict rules. After much research I called Good Shepherd Fence Company. I received a call back from Alec who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Alec came over and did an evaluation of my yard, listen to all my concerns with how I wanted and needed my fence installed. He was able to give me quote that day along with a time frame for install. The gentleman who did the install Hugo, Cesar and Pancho communicated with me via phone on when they would be on site, when they ran into issues due to the draining system behind my house, how they needed to custom-make my gate. Due to rain they couldn't finish my gates, so, they in closed my yard with extra material so that my dogs were able to utilize the yard, which my dogs and I truly appreciated . Good Shepherd Fence Co. is an exceptional business. They installed our fence 13 months ago and we've been extremely happy with their work. As we neared the completion of a substantial patio installation within the fenced area, I realized that we needed to move a gate to a different location. Even with the holiday weekend approaching, Jacob got us scheduled and Mike came out and moved the gate panels the very next morning. They took care of everything so quickly, there was no delay in the patio project. Their customer service is phenomenal.

I'll let the pictures speak mostly for themselves. Good Shepherd (Tristen and Pancho, and team) did pretty much everything I requested. They were very flexible with design changes on the fly. Their "no dig" posts were great. Had my neighbors scratching their heads as to how a fence could be installed in less than a day and without dirt all over the yard. They have a very solid warranty. The pre-stained cedar wood looks amazing. They were good about asking for my opinion frequently during the building of the fence, to which they altered their methods to accommodate my requests within reason. Afterwards, we all looked at the fence and discussed items to be able to close out the work. They replaced some metal panels that had manufacturing deficiencies, made sure everything was fastened securely, and didn't leave until I was completely satisfied.

I needed 2 vinyl gates installed and one removed to make opening bigger. They came out on the day that we agreed to and showed up on time which is unusual anymore for a contractor to do what they say. The gates I needed they had to build because the ground has a slope. I was very particular about the installation cause I didn't want them hitting the ground. They were very professional and did great work.
