In 2024, an incredible team of over 25 people, 6 fence companies, and 6 suppliers joined forces to make a dream come true for 5-year-old Samuel and his family through Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana!
Good Shepherd Fence Company was honored to help grant Samuel's wish for a safe backyard play area. Samuel and his family envisioned a backyard space where he could play and explore freely. As part of this heartwarming project, we helped install over 400 feet of durable vinyl fencing, allowing Samuel to safely play outside and experience the joy of being outdoors!
Our team stepped up to provide aid last year after a devastating fire struck downtown Indianapolis. As a company, we strive to live out our "Good Shepherd Gives Back" mission, and this was an opportunity to do just that.
When a catastrophic fire broke out at a transitional housing facility for homeless veterans, we offered our support. Our team jumped in to install over 500 feet of temporary fencing to secure the site and assist our friends at HVAF (Helping Veterans And Families). It was an honor to contribute to our local veterans by protecting this vital space and supporting the heroic men and women who sacrificed for our country.
The 2024 AFA event was a huge success! Good Shepherd Fence Company enjoyed a fantastic time of learning, connecting, and growing in the industry with one of the top chapters for Indiana and Kentucky fencers.
This event was an opportunity for the AFA Indiana/Kentucky Chapter to strengthen our local community and advance the industry as a whole. Together, our team helped mentor and support fencing professionals by providing valuable opportunities like hands-on educational programs, engaging networking events, and impactful mission-driven projects that promote ongoing professional development.
It was a meaningful and memorable day with the Alzheimer's Association: The Longest Day! Our team had a great time hitting the green to support this incredible association and raise awareness for care, support, and research.

Each year, we allocate a portion of our proceeds to support local initiatives and invest in the future of our next generation of leaders, and we were thrilled to partner with Heritage Christian School for this special donation!
We had the privilege of sending the third-grade students of Heritage Christian School to the Indianapolis Zoo with 130 tickets, offering them an exciting and educational experience outside of the classroom! Our team is blessed to have been a part of this moment as we continue to support the next generation in Indianapolis Indiana.

Our team designed and built a custom 8-foot Western Red Cedar fence with sturdy steel posts and Simpson brackets, complemented by trim boards for a polished finish and a gorgeous gate welded in-house by our foreman. We're proud of the results and the hard work our team put into this project, and we offer similar services and beautiful wood fencing to home and business owners across Indianapolis Indiana.
Last year, we enjoyed sponsoring and participating in the Hancock County Joint Tactical Team Golf Outing at the beautiful Royal Highlands Golf Course! It was a fantastic round of golf with great company to support our local heroes.
This community event united first responders, enforcement officers, and local businesses for a day of camaraderie, all in support of an incredible cause. As proud supporters of the heroes in our community, we were honored to spend the day with these dedicated individuals.
